By placing an order or creating an account on bmcabinetrycloset.store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

This online store currently serves shipping addresses within Washington State, USA. Customers outside WA should contact us for special arrangements.

3. Pricing & MAP

All listed prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax. We operate under a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy at 90% of MSRP. Promotional discounts will not cross the MAP floor.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and ACH bank transfer for orders over USD 5,000.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Manufacturing defect: full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Buyer’s remorse on un-assembled cabinets: 14-day window, 15% restocking fee, return shipping at buyer’s expense.
  • Assembled or modified cabinets: not returnable.
  • Custom orders: non-returnable except for manufacturing defect.

7. Warranty

5-year limited structural warranty on cabinet boxes and doors, covering manufacturing defects. Warranty is voided by improper installation, water damage from external sources, or modifications. Register your purchase within 30 days at [warranty form link].

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product photos, descriptions, videos, copy — is the property of BM Cabinetry & Closet and WPCI LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in King County, WA.
