Delivery Windows

  • King County (Eastside & Seattle) — LTL freight, 5–7 working days from order confirmation.
  • Pierce, Snohomish, Thurston — LTL freight, 5–7 working days.
  • Spokane, Yakima, and rural WA — LTL freight, 7–10 working days.
  • Small parcel items (hardware, accessories) — UPS / FedEx, 2–3 working days statewide.
  • Local pickup — available from our Seattle warehouse by appointment, no shipping fee.

Shipping Fees

Orders over USD 2,000 ship free within Washington State. Orders below USD 2,000 are charged a flat-rate LTL fee, calculated at checkout.

Inspection on Delivery

Inspect all cabinets within 24 hours of delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery slip and email photos to [claims@bmcabinetrycloset.store]. Damage reported after 24 hours may not qualify for free replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Manufacturing defect — full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee.
  • Buyer’s remorse (un-assembled) — 14-day return window. 15% restocking fee. Return shipping at buyer’s expense.
  • Assembled or modified — not returnable.
  • Custom orders — non-returnable except for manufacturing defect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [returns@bmcabinetrycloset.store] with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1 business day.
  3. Pack items in original packaging and ship to our Seattle warehouse (address on RA).
  4. Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving inspected goods.

Damage Claims with Carriers

For damage during 3PL transit, BM leads the claim with the carrier on your behalf. We provide a replacement within 7–10 days while the claim is processed; you are not responsible for tracking the freight claim.
